Battlefield 2

I would like to get some Battlefield 2 Team games going at our next lan.  This game is a BLAST over the lan, and the vehicles and large maps make for some absolute mayhem.

I would like to get your guys input, and find out how many of us already own this game.

Steam's been having a sale all week (thru sundaY) on EA games & my spidey sense tells me that this game will be on sale at some point. hopefully. stay tuned.  :o

My favorite LAN game (aside from Starcraft) was always Desert Combat mod for BF1942.  It basically added some more modern weapons and vehicles, as well as modern maps to the game.  Well it looks like someone has recreated the mod for Battlefield 2.
